Boot from live USB installer, open a shell, mount the OS partition, edit /etc/fstab, change UUID values to the correct ones (use lsblk) or just go with the vibes and use non-deterministic names like /dev/mmclpk0p1, they will work almost 100% of the time.

I think it was the modules not loading in the new kernel there was no /dev/nvme
