I'm sorry to break this to you but there are some who literally are irredeemable.

It is caused by a special type of brain damage caused during infancy to children's brains that disrupts the normal development of empathy. Of course, the fact that those who really control things have this damage means that this entire mechanism is cloaked in secrecy and any research that really digs it up is buried.

Perhaps some day there might be a way to reconstruct the critical neural pathways that such traumas create, but without question such individuals are the most dangerous humans on the planet.

It is possible to program people who don't have this damage to behave as though they do.

This is how the Holocaust and Holodomor happened, this is the cruelty of the mob, and the violence of cultists - eg the Manson Family, Jonestown, and so on. Suicide bombers. The CIA/Mossad et al know this and they use it as a weapon and this is tied to the international white slavery and child trafficking business, and Jeffrey Epstein.

It is difficult to distinguish between the organic psychopath and the cult brainwashed drone, but the main thing you can observe is that these psychopaths are serial instigators of trouble. They are the people who every time something messed up happens, they have some connection to it.

Mind controlled and brainwashed cultist drones do not act out programs that are original, they always are implementing the programs of those who created their programming.

Don't expect anything less than an epic surgical intervention to solve this problem.
