I told my #muaythai coach that I took pre-workout, before going in to train.

He said he doesn't believe they work, and neither did I, until I tried a free sachet that Bulk sent me with one of my orders, months ago.

Went #hiking on Snowdonia with a couple of friends, and it was the hardest #hike I've ever done, because of the awful weather.

Very strong winds blowing in your face, paired with heavy rain. It was brutal.

I decided to finally give the pre-workout a try and added it to my water.

Although I didn't drink it 1 hour before the hike, as you normally do before you #train, I was drinking from it, every time I felt tired.

Initially, I barely drank any, because I wasn't thirsty at all, with all the rain water on my face that I would occasionally "drink" 😄

Multiple times, after the first half of the hike, I got to the point where I thought I can't do it any longer.

However, every time I felt like that and drank the pre-workout, I felt almost instantly recharged and ready to go.

I'm sure it wasn't a case of placebo, because I didn't expect that to happen at all.

Every since that experience, I became a believer in pre-workout and use it, when I know I want to #workout hard.

it's electrolytes and amino acids?

i bet it helps to add some salts to that stack

Yeah. Usually, I drink water with fresh lemon juice, honey, and pink Himalayan salt, during my workout.

Really helps with staying hydrated, given that I'm already sweating a lot, before the class even starts, because I go in 15-20 early to punch & kick the heavy bag.
