Details please.
These are dual extract tinctures of lions mane that I grow myself. That means it’s an ethanol extraction followed by a water extraction, then blended together for the tincture. I’ll be coming out with lions mane extract capsules soon for people who prefer to take capsules or avoid the alcohol.
What’s the alcohol content? And can you give me the details on servings/dosage per bottle and price. Sorry for all the questions. I’m just beginning this journey.
The alcohol content is 50%, made from organic cane alcohol. But, if you put a dropper full into a glass of water or a cup of tea it is very dilute. These ones are 4 oz bottles, containing the equivalent of 14 g of dried lions mane per bottle (the extraction was distilled down to a potency of 3.5 g per oz). One dropper full 2 or 3 times a day is a good amount to try out. 40,000 sats/bottle. Probably 45,000 sats shipped. I will make a post about the lions mane extract capsules as soon as they are ready as well.

Also do you supplement this daily? What benefits have you noticed?
There is a lot of scientific evidence that lion’s mane is good for your brain and stimulates neurogenesis. It certainly feels healthy. It’s hard to quantify anecdotally, but taking lion’s mane and other medicinal mushrooms daily seems to help with immune support and general well being.
