Yes. You can make lists and those lists can have either public or private items in them. If itโs private, only you can see the content of the list but everyone can still see the name of the list and other info.

No. Itโs private to you only. When itโs your list you are encrypting the content of the list (public list items are stored as tags on the event) with your own key so you are the only person who can read it.
