no, the service is great, name one other neobank that has lightning in and out... plus the customer service is helpful
and they let me KYC just on the strength of my phone's GPS coordinates
which was handy because i had no paper to prove anything more than that anyway
i do now, but i'm not changing it and they don't ask, so there's that also
