I havenā€™t used phoenix, so Iā€™m not sure. Some things you could try:

- Receive sats via some other mechanism to your phoenix wallet.

- Try smaller withdrawals.

Could also be a routing issueā€”maybe thereā€™s no path from Kraken? Just spitballing.

Interesting. So I can send sats from Phoenix to WoS. But I can't send them back. (error that there is no route appears) which doesn't make sense as I can send it the other way around.

Most likely it seems like there is no inbound liquidity on Phoenix?
