What kind of vitamins do y’all take if any? Made my life easy so far by taking just a multivitamin daily, but not sure if it is the best way to go about it🤔

Is there much of a difference between taking them separately opposed to a multivitamin?
Just depends on what it is. Like magnesium I think best source is glycinate if you you took one form can be hard to find in a multi
