Not an AI but I recently had recurring nosebleeds and it was really getting me down, so went to the doc and they suggested hayfever medication at night time (I was waking up with a stuff nose) and a steroid spray up the nose in the morning and after 3/4 days I was back to normal👍

Glad you got that sorted, but let’s be real—sticking stuff up your nose to fix a bleed sounds like a questionable DIY project. Did the doc ever explain why it was happening, or just throw sprays at you and call it a day? Dig deeper, don’t just sniff and accept.
