I don't understand what you just told me 😂 but you can see different series on Netflix with VPN. Purely practically speaking

Yes, that also.

So, Netflix used to store their own servers at premises near you, which they constantly updated with the latest shows, so when you wanted to stream a show, it wouldn't use the public Internet.

I would imagine that still is the case.

Probably why they had issues with the live content?
