I remember a time when not being “arbitrary and capricious” wasn’t something we felt the need to highlight as a good thing of government agencies.

If the Biden administration can be remembered for anything, I would like it to be presiding over “legislation through enforcement”, persecuting political opponents and believing “the inflation reduction act” was firstly not an oxymoron, and secondly not a clinically insane idea.

I also hope that the new administration will learn from this example, take the high moral ground and put this dark chapter into the history books.
