Knowing deeply that you are perfect, just the way you are….🫶

Have you heard of German new medicine?

I find it very interesting and explains so much.

I found this site in English.

On your bio I see the Austrian flag of I am not mistaken, so then this would be also a good one.

Never really used new German medicine :D that is not an Austrian flag that’s Latvian 😅 so I’m very far from German language 😂 but thanks 😌

Aah sorry, I was already wondering if that was the case, because I read that you live in Latvia. But thought maybe you live there and are from Austria.

You are welcome, hope it will improve soon 🙏

Red light therapy? GM!

I heard about that, BUT the best red light therapy face mask costs 2-3k when I searched for it. As I’m a maximalist I’m not looking for cheaper alternatives:/ but maybe I should

I use Kieselerde creme for my skin. I used to have neurodermitis when I was younger and - after trying lots of prescribed garbage - I gained control over the rushes with Kieselerde. I believe it's called Silica creme in English and make sure it's free of pharmaceutical additions. Hope this helps!

My mom used tea tree oil for skin irritation…

GM Isanna 🤗! Sorry, i dont't have something to suggest you to your skin and i don't like to search something on the net and copy paste here what i could find... But honestly i think that you are really cute girl and everybody has some imperfection ☺️ and i think that with your imperfection you are unique and special. Have a nice day and shine ☀️

Thank you so much ☺️🫶🏻💗

I've been carnivore over 7 years - almost entirely meat, eggs, and dairy. Before that I'd get eczema on occasion. Those days are long gone.

I've been OMAD carnivore for 2 1/2 years

I recommend you read stories from people who switched to carnivore and the healing they've found - diabetes, heart disease, depression, skin ailments, allergies, and even autoimmune diseases. I asked AI for a few suggestions and one for skin was in the top 5:

- Rheumatoid Arthritis: Many testimonials claim a reduction in joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation. The hypothesis is that removing plant-based irritants reduces the overall inflammatory load on the body.

- Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): This includes Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Some case studies and testimonials report a reduction in symptoms like abdominal pain and diarrhea. The diet's low-fiber, zero-plant-matter approach is thought to give the digestive tract time to heal.

- Lupus: Anecdotal reports suggest that some individuals with lupus experience a decrease in systemic inflammation and other symptoms when following the diet.

- Psoriasis and other skin conditions: Some people with psoriasis have reported clearer skin, which is attributed to the diet's anti-inflammatory effects and the elimination of dietary triggers.

- Multiple Sclerosis (MS): While there is no cure, some individuals claim to have experienced a reduction in symptoms and improved quality of life.

- Listen to Dr Shawn Baker on YouTube

- If you try it, move slowly from your current diet to carnivore over a period of one month, then stick with it for another month, and by then you'll know.

Almost everything they label as a disease is nothing more than symptoms of eating poison. When people stop eating poison, they heal.

All the best! 🙏

Alcohol and Sugar drive a lot of that IMO.

👉STORY TIME: 👈

Last year, my partner and I moved to a new town that was unfamiliar to me, and I didn't speak the language.

It was stressful, as you can imagine. The signs are showing on my skin. With my brown skin, any sign of a pimple leaves a distinctive scar, and it was affecting my confidence. I had to wear foundation make-up to cover the swelling, which was uncharacteristic of me because my skin doesn't like foundation. I was in a catch-22 situation. But when we finally settled down, I had to re-evaluate what had caused it. So, I did a "process of elimination".

What it all came down to was a "change of lifestyle".

Root cause for me and solution:

1. Lack of sleep, which causes me to crave sugar to compensate for my serotonin levels.

2. Stress, which causes my lack of sleep, so I had to address this first.

3. Points 1 and 2 threw my hormones out of whack!

4. Addressing points 1 and 2 meant I could start cleaning up my diet. No processed sugars and overly processed carbs. I don't drink alcohol or coffee, and I don't smoke, so this part came naturally. However, I love sugar, literally, because I have a sweet tooth. To put it into context, I can finish a box of Heroes or Cadbury all by myself.

5. Address the scars using blue and red light therapy. Blue light addresses the bacteria, and red light addresses collagen generation, resulting in my scars disappearing completely.

6. Give it time and be kind to yourself. This is the hard part: being kind to myself and trusting the process. I'm grateful my partner was there all the way to help me get through the times when I felt like a zombie.

I also noticed that dairy causes me to break out. All in all, it took me a decent 3-4 months to heal properly. I also removed skincare products that caused irritation and dialled back down to basics: cleanse, serum, moisturiser, and sunscreen.

The photo below, showing before and after, is UNFILTERED and unedited, and I'm only wearing moisturiser. No foundation, no make-up.

I hope my journey helps you in some way. You got this! 💪

You are just perfect the way you are. Regardless, how did you feel after trying steak&eggs for weeks&months? Not tried yet? Might help idk 🤷‍♂️

Relax.

For acne, washing my face with apple cider vinegar helped. Haven't had to do that in a while, *knocks on wood* but I use witch hazel after washing in my daily routine which I think helps keep my skin clear. Grew up using Resinol salve for acne spot treatment which worked miracles for me.
