Added Lightning Address support for #LNbank wallets. This needs a nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg update, so I'll ship this with the next BTCPay Server version.

Excellent! The hack to have to create a store to create an lnbank wallet and then create a lightning address in that store was a maintenance PITA!
