Martyrs Epictetus and Astion, priests in Scythia, were arrested for spreading Christianity. Brought before the proconsul, they refused to renounce their faith, declaring Christ as the true God. Despite torture, they remained steadfast, converting many onlookers. Angered, the proconsul ordered their execution. They were beheaded, becoming symbols of unwavering faith and the power of divine grace. Let us pray to them to intercede for us, that we may also stand firm in our beliefs.
