I agree to a certain point. For me, this one life here on earth I want to be as pain free as possible and I realized when I eat too many possessed foods or sugars I have reactions - sometimes small ones but sometimes I can feel the inflammation and it’s days before it goes away.

Anyways, yeah i agree, it’s about balance and I for sure enjoy yummy foods like ice cream- cream 🤤 from time to time.
