I think Russia can take Ukraine whenever it wants. They have shown restraint and willingness to come to the table.

They just weren’t willing to abide the killing of ethnic Russians any longer and decided to stop it. But Ukraine won’t accept defeat and come to the table because the spice (corruption money) must flow.
