You have to setup a lightning wallet and add that address to your profile. From the lightning wallet you can send #bitcoin to your cold wallet (and vice versa).

You can think of it as:

lightning wallet = regular wallet

cold wallet = bank account

When I tried to set up the lightning wallet in the Primal app on my phone it asked me for my name, birthdate and email. Then I received an email that read something about how they couldn’t verify my identity so my wallet couldn’t be set up. It felt like a scam.
