A thing I noticed about the kindness discussion is, that many people just seek for connection more than for the outcome of the discussion. At the end, it matters how we connect and encourage each other. More than seeking to be right.
It’s useful to take your time and listen intentionally and it can be so change making to motivate one with your words. They don’t have to be crazily friendly, just with good intention.

this reminds me of the near death experience note from yesterday. your observation is what i referred to as a transactional and superficial existence plaguing the world. you mention the word intention, i think that is the key word. after a NDE you become more intentional and seek out genuine connection. NDE forces people to deal with reality and to be straight forward. 🤷🏾♂️
