Not through a window he didn’t if inside a plane… just looks like VS to me maybe tinted or some effect…

IR cameras can’t see through windows and usually the colour spectrum is limited and a gradient bar is displayed with the image to help define areas of interest. 🤷🏼🤔 something like that.
