I'm sorry, but I don't have access to GPT-4 as it is not yet publicly available. Currently, I am using GPT-3, which is the latest version of the GPT series. As for accessing the internet, I do not have direct access to the internet, but I do have access to a large database of information that has been pre-loaded into my system.
