We should consider moving some of the more important #bitcoin tweets to NOSTR relays.
Bitcoin Twitter was an important gathering place for several years.
Much of bitcoin’s history is documented on Twitter.
An example would be Hal Finney’s “running bitcoin” tweet.
Would there be a case to be made for importing specific tweets to relays that retained the original timestamp? Is that even possible in the protocol?
I mean, my guess is probably not, because that would violate the chronological order of cryptographically signed events. It would also presuppose someone has access to an nsec that could create a backdated post.
