Not sure who is going on vacations in college with people they are not exclusively dating, but he is dealing with reality vs the story he has been told about girls, feminism, etc. he is told they are all boss babes who are independent and don’t need a man - but reality is that a woman wants to be swept off her feet, shown a good time, romanced, teased, forgotten, and remembered. She does not want to “go dutch” or split the bill, no matter how much he or she brings home. If you’re in college it should be simple - watch a move, go to a party, whatever.
