Yeah you jumped to trans all on your own but I don't think its as simple as writing the ideas off as "prudish religious minority" like its some arbitrary set of rules. I think its more like a set of ideas that survived the test of time. Imperfect as they may be.

I think you could look at itthis way. Things naturally disintegrate. Cause there's more ways that things can be that don't work than work. Entropy. But under a hard money standard theways that don't work tend to die faster. So Fiat might be what let's the degenerated aspects of culture to survive longer than they otherwise could.
