Got some filet mignon and plan to put it through kitchen aid grinder attachment today to make some gourmet burgers!
Fillet doesn’t make the best burgers, you need something with more chew and fat! (imho)

Well I had an amazing experience once with a filet mignon burger and was blown away. I am keen to try it on my own once. Will see how this goes.
