Woke up weak and lethargic. Went through the protocoll:
Open shutters
Drink water
Snack
Go for walk to view sunlight
Still weak
Visualizing usually helps too. The idea is to simply imagine the steps required to reach the goal.
Made a small coffee with a little butter and went into the workout expecting a bad one. A bad one is better than no workout though.
Due to injuries I learned to take my time warming up. In the end it turned out to be quite a good workout and motivation joined the session too once I got the ball rolling.
Fitness is just like hodling.
