Scams are just trickle-down effects from the original scam... that scam being that everyone can agree on what is universally valuable to themselves and everyone at the same time. Fiat decrees of value are as thin as the paper they are written and printed on. This knowledge is what motivates the scammers to scam as much as they can because they are empowered by the logic of the "official" scam.
