I don't know that I liked the way the Openheimer movie felt like a recap of a show.
Was it shot well? Yes. Are the actors good? Yes.
Idk, unpopular opinion I'm sure. Not my favorite. The way people around me raved about it at the time doesn't match my expectations of it. 🤷♂️
I felt like the movie was good. Sure. It has a lot going on and there's were crazy juicy details, beautiful shots, yadda yadda.
But other than the bomb scene and the 10 second countdown that came up to it,
The film was too fast man 🤷🏽
It didn't let you breathe or digest what happened at all.
It was like "hey I have an idea" "wow what's your progress on building it" "it's done, but I might have cancer" "cancer?" "That was weeks ago, now we're about to test the bomb but we did the math and might set the oceans and the atmosphere on fire" "I hope not!" "Are we right? Or have we killed everyone?" "10"
