It's weird that this even has to be a thought but I agree.
I was in one. Baxter state park is mostly wifi and cell spectrum free or very diminished.
They already exist
Big metal buildings
Underwater tunnels
The ocean
Underground Parking structures
they're putting wifi in all of these things now bro it's cray
