I have herd reports that the enforcement teams at the EPA have been disbanded and that they aren’t going after mechanics that perform “emissions delete” services on diesel vehicles anymore. No proof yet though.

Need to reverse course at the manufacturer level though. Delete the requirement and encourage the deletions of existing equipment.
