Imagine if you could use your mind more effectively or if you could reach your goals with ease and comfort without constantly trying to force yourself to reach them. Life Power Tip

Many problems do not exist except in our imaginations. This week, see if you can only deal with what is actually in front of you and within your realm of influence. Leave any ‘worry’ that will produce no result. In fact, when has worry actually ever produced a result, other than a negative impact on your body? If you are a “worry wart” then allow yourself a specific, limited time slot for worrying, then move on, and get into action on something!

Action

Start a new daily habit, even if only a small one.

Challenge

Every time it wanders, practise bringing your mind back to the task.

Quote

The person who goes farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare. The sure-thing boat never gets far from shore. -Dale Carnegie

Clearing

Make sure your vehicle is getting regular maintenance.

Question

What happens to your goals after you create them?

Affirmation

I choose to accept.
