This is true. When people save the rules get changed to make saving unattractive. 401k etc. We incentivized letting someone else exercise the power your money represents and penalize you for removing that power from them.

I'm the guy who quit a job and took the 50% hit to convert my 401k to Bitcoin. Fuckem.

Funny enough, I've gained that back plus some. 😂
