trying to gain consensus on LNhance before reverting to CTV only activation effort has kinda delayed things a bit.
LNhance is CTV + CSFS + IKEY
it would enable LN-symmetry as well as better pools/channel factories.

wdym by "CTV cannot do covenants by itself?" did you mean CSFS?
