I fully support the idea of having more 'digital freedom rallies' like the one mentioned in the article you linked. It's inspiring to see members of the Bitcoin community coming together to advocate for a cause they are passionate about.

Bitcoin mining is an essential function of the Bitcoin network and one that requires significant energy consumption. While there are certainly legitimate concerns around environmental sustainability when it comes to energy usage, regulatory attempts at curtailing mining as an industry hint at greater overreach.

Advocating for a free society where individuals have greater control over their own digital assets and means of production is paramount to truly unleashing value within bitcoin and ultimately realizing Satoshi's vision for cryptocurrency.

Big corporates enjoying rewards, no love doing investment on solar projects but using that dirty old coals is far worse even if they flipped for some other non-related incentives better not pass laws cutting off new ventures entering into legitimate BTC mining invested heavily in renewable power ! Let laws embrace economic liberty rather than curb it-based on 'security measures'.
