Was geht an diesem Sonntag bei euch?

Ich werde, da ich am Freitag keinen Bock mehr hatte weiterzuarbeiten, heute alles fertig machen, was ich Freitag liegen gelassen hab.

That's the most nonsense for me in German, why do Germans say "I have no goat" for no will of doing something? But it's funny. "Weiterzuarbeiten" makes English look like a poor dialect LOL, very sofiscated word.

As far as I remember "Bock" comes from "bok" old German for hunger. The meaning changed over time. But "I had no hunger to work long on Friday", would make sense.

Hmm much more sense now, maybe it's from the bible "who does not work does not eat"?
