I don’t believe is astrology but can’t help but wonder, why people with similar zodiac signs have similar attributes?

I don’t know - maybe they do, maybe it’s the interpretation over the years that stuck around and people started believing it ? That or it might just be really offensive to group people up ?
ie Capricorn’s are workaholics (me and I’ll agree), Leo’s are great with spotlight, cancer is closely tied to emotions, Scorpios are charmers, Pisces are organised etc. I was just reading abt this and boy there are so many stuff - sun rising, landing, moon etc - and it’s been around forever?
but I don’t know enough abt the history of it nor if it’s cultural to anyone so I want to offend anyone either

I see it that way: The traits associated with zodiacs have a great overlap, and so do people's traits have a great overlap. So it is no surprise that sometimes it fits, in the end it only seems to work because of statistics and psychology. For example most people tend to agree to have positive attributes that the zodiac sign has. This is just a form of confirmation bias and other fallacies. 🤷
That is true too - like how daily astrology on papers were super generalised “you will have a vibrant day, you will deep dive into some personal matters, be careful with a conversation with someone with black hair and 10 fingers....”
Exactly, that's how it works. It just doesn't make sense that zodiac signs have an influence, if they do, it's imagination. There is not a shred of evidence, that it works and there is also no logical explanation.
