I am not familiar with how Shakepay works, but Fold is just a regular debit card, but you get cash back with every purchase. Either 1% flat on everything, or you can take your chances spinning a wheel after each purchase.
Okay very similar, shakepay also gives 1%. The wheel sounds cool though!
