In the context of the last 100 years around the world, the US is definitely at the top of the list for property rights

at the top of the list for seizing private property world wide too...

These two statements aren't compatible

the soviet union, china, cuba, venezuela, vietnam, korea…the list goes on…are all certainly at the top of the list
