(i lived there between 2000 & 2010, and I'm sure it's changed... I mean, WTF, why Blue governor????)

I've never lived there, but I've been everywhere. I was last in northern Nevada last year passing from northern Cali to Utah.

Maybe if you could say what you're looking for (warm weather? Cheap land?), I'd be happy to make some suggestions.
