Thermal satellites have detected massive heat escaping from the largest crypto mining center in the United States, located in Rockdale, Texas.

The image was revealed by SpaceCom, based on data provided by SatVu, a company specializing in satellite thermal imaging.

The site is said to consume around 700 megawatts of electricity, equivalent to 300,000 American households.

Too bad it's Texas based.....somewhere colder and that heat would be used for house warming. It would be nice extra money.

Totally agree with you, I really think that in 2025 we should be able to have a solution to easily being able to switch between home warming system or crypto mining produced heat.
