Did you ever have shop class in school?
Just has some memories flood back about building rockets, using bandsaws, testing to fault stick bridges, and making a ‘lie detector test.’ It was a D cell battery configured to shock your victim - way too much for an eleven year old kid in MS.
I saw someone tweeting about how men are barely involved in elementary education anymore and remember the middle school shop teachers that changed my life. What a badass class, curriculum should be 80 percent shop and 20 percent academics.
Looking for a school that has curriculum for; money management, entrepreneurship, home economics, etiquette, Austrian economics, philosophy, shop class, mechanics and a whole slew of other classes.
