I believe most vendors are lying about their landrace genetics. Do you have reason to believe these are what they're sold as?

It just a way how to deliver nutrients to the plant system.
Organic way have just other way of transplanting that nutrients to the plant through the root zone.
Synthetic nutrients are instant and organic need to be “bridged” what couse more tasty terpens.
But it just delivers nutrients at the end of the day.
