Been a minute since I posted. Hope everyone has had some good winter time and holiday time with friends and family. We are in the thick of starting up our pastured poultry and lamb business. Website development is its own beast lol. Its been fun to see it come together though. I'm excited to lean into the local food and business movement. It pretty much seems more and more important each day. Real skills, know your neighbor. Local systems of production and community reliance. 2026 will be our first year trying to participate in that in an entrepreneurial way. Cheers!
