Did you know that the Earth actually makes water and there's massive amounts of untapped Primary water deep under inside the Earth that has not been circulated in the atmosphere... Pure, virgin water. Learning about this and the incredible new tech of locating primary water back in May felt like a massive sigh of relieve for my nervous system and my concerns abiut the future of humanity.
My friend is one of 3 technicians in the country traveling around super down low and locating primary water right now for people building their "citadels". The #BTC should definitely be tapping into this essential resource and tech.
That combined with reclaiming the superior title of the land (of your property) aka the original Land grant aka Land Patent (which fyi I know how to do) to protect it from encumbrances (they are targetting people's wells if you are not aware) is crucial for any self sustainable self governing community or property owner.
Anyhow. Fix the money and let's drink clean pure water. Even in the desert.

I've gotten my knowledge from and received mentoring from Ron Gibson and his protege and that's the process I follow in helping people go through the process. Here's some lectures from him about it. Reading his book is probably a good place to start too. Look up ron gibson land patent book.
Been meaning to create some educational pamphlets about this, since I spent the last almost two years now diving deep into executing the process of liaisoning several property owners in different states claim their land patents. Your request is motivating me to maybe bring it up the priority list.
