Something I've noticed about going gluten free is I get hungrier much faster than I used to.

You need protein brother. Protein is what tells your body when to stop feeling hungry.

I think my lunch was around 50g of protein. An hour and half later I was hungry again.

I've been gluten and dairy free since 2013, because I noticed I don't get migraines when I leave those out. I cannot explain why it's currently throwing your appetite off, but on the chance it's of value to you: me and my wife have had good successs following the advice of the "Glucose Goddess" for balancing blood sugar and that made a big difference.
