Replying to Avatar Brad Mills

Went on Twitter for 20 mins after a long break.

Omg I feel gross.

My mind has been poisoned, I have a mindset hangover after just 1 shot.

Drama. Trudeau. Price speculation.

I feel a shift internally, and I notice the change in my emotional state much more now that I’m away from Twitter.

Yeah, I have pretty much stopped posting (1 post in the last two months). I generally use my curated private lists for specific topics. The algorithm feed is too toxic.
