Depends on the type. Light sources, dehydration and sleep are my primary factors for mitigation. Keto is also said to be helpful if you experience them regularly

First one for me. Just trying to sleep it off right now

Yeah hydration. Also I use a hot shower and bury my face in it for five mins then cool off rapidly doing the same.

. dehydration is a killer, but also absorption so take an electrolyte too

I’ve been taking lots of magnesium. Seems to be helping
