Gold is doing really well this year. It's up by 17.44% YTD. I have my eyes on some American Gold Eagles and Gold Buffalos. I don't want to stray too far off from US mints. Eagles/Buffalos are easy to recognize and sell. Although, I do like the Perth mints - Kangaroo and Lunar coins. Is a reasonable premium over spot less than 5%?
