King of Pearl Oyster mushroom harvest from a 15L bucket sitting in an old concrete lined water tank. These were grown on sugar cane mulch.
It's been rainy & they liked the humidity. 460g - about 1lb
They seem tastier when they're smaller.
These had a lot water to cook off.
