I just got this message out of the blue.

I wasn't adding, removing, changing nor touching my relay list. It just showed up out of the blue in my direct messages. How am I supposed to know which relay this is?

If a relay requires a fee that's fine. At least let us know who you are so we can decide if we want to continue using your service or look for another one.

Also it would be nice to know how often we will be charged for the service. Since none of the relays I am using are new I will assume this is just a scam.
