personal challenges, things that are certainly hard but you don't talk about.
maybe you think everyone has to go through it, so there's no reason to talk about it.
talking care of family members or children. changing diapers, cleaning vomit.
going to school on an empty stomach.
stuff like that. in no way was i trying to detract from your point. 100% agree, and i'm sure i cannot fully conceive of your personal "trench."
